How does Our Pigment Removal treatment work?

Short bursts of laser light target the abundance of melanin present in pigmented lesions, such as age spots and melasma. The quick absorption of this energy generates heat within the skin layers, leading to a safe elimination of cells containing high concentrations of melanin without causing any harm to the surface layer.

When exposed to laser light, the skin undergoes a process where it stimulates the production of new collagen and regenerates fresh skin cells. Consequently, the affected area forms a small scab which heals and naturally removes any dark pigmented lesions on the skin.

How many treatments are necessary?
